Terms of service
Effective from 23/10/2026 · v2026-10-23
The service and its users
Invelo is an online tool for businesses and self-employed people. It allows documents, contacts and payments to be created and managed using the available features. The operator and contact details are listed below. The service is not individual accounting, tax or legal advice; users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, rates, numbering and issued documents.
Accounts and multiple companies
An account is created by registering and verifying an email address. Users must be authorised to act for each company added and protect their credentials. Multiple companies can be managed through one sign-in; each has separate documents, a trial period and subscription. Access must not be used for spam, fraud, infringements of others' rights or disruption of the service.
Trial period and price
Each new company has its first month free. Continued use of paid features requires a subscription for that company. The current price list and final amount are shown before payment. The monthly price is an indication within an annual payment; payment covers 12 months. Currency depends on the company country. Price changes do not shorten periods already paid for.
Payment and renewal
Subscriptions are paid through an available payment gateway. Automatic recurring card charges are not enabled. Renewal takes effect only after an actual paid production payment is verified; test payments do not activate a paid period. Unused paid time or remaining trial time is not shortened on renewal. Status can be checked in the account.
Documents, sending and add-ons
Users select the recipient, language and delivery method. Acceptance by a mail server or a recorded link opening does not guarantee that the recipient has read it. Bank matching requires the appropriate bank permissions and a configured connection; in case of discrepancies, document status must be checked against the bank. Future paid add-ons are not charged without a prior order at the stated price. Country profiles do not promise a connection to government electronic invoicing networks.
Operation and support
The service may be limited by maintenance, faults or supplier outages. The operator addresses reported faults and reasonably informs users about significant limitations. Users should regularly export documents and keep their own accounting archive. Operational backups do not replace users' statutory archiving.
Personal data of users' customers
For data in documents and contacts, the user is generally the controller and the operator the processor. The subject and purpose of processing are the storage, creation, sending and management of documents for the duration of the service. Data subjects are the user's customers, suppliers and contact persons; data includes identification, addresses, contacts, line items and payment details.
The operator processes this data only on documented user instructions and as required by law, ensures confidentiality of authorised persons and appropriate security measures. It provides reasonable assistance with data subject requests, security incidents and evidence of compliance. It informs the user of a personal data breach without undue delay after becoming aware of it.
Users generally authorise the involvement of processors described in the privacy information. The operator gives advance notice of intended processor changes and allows reasoned objections. On request, it provides information needed to verify compliance and permits a reasonable audit while protecting security and other customers' rights. At the end of the service, it follows instructions to return or erase data, except for mandatory retention.
Termination and complaints
Users may request account or company closure by contact email. Merely not renewing a subscription does not create an automatic obligation to make another payment. Refund requests, complaints or remedies for material defects are assessed by the operator under the contract and applicable law; these rules do not exclude rights that cannot be contractually limited. Export the documents you need before termination.
Changes and governing law
The operator publishes the current terms with an effective date. Affected users are notified in advance of material contract changes and may end the service before they take effect. Czech law applies without excluding mandatory protection under applicable law. Please first address questions and disputes to the operator.
Payment and delivery terms, complaints and cancellation — Invelo
Invelo is an online invoicing and document management service. The operator and contact email and telephone are listed below. Use these contacts for complaints and cancellation requests.
Orders and payment
Choose a subscription or an available credit package in your account. Review the service, duration, final price, currency and tax details before payment. A monthly equivalent of an annual price is illustrative. Pay online through the gateway available for your company country or directly to the operator’s bank account where bank transfer is configured for the payment currency. Card details are entered on the secure gateway page. Automatic recurring card charges are disabled. Failed, cancelled and test payments do not activate services.
Electronic delivery
Delivery is electronic to your account, with no physical shipment or delivery charge. Subscriptions or credits activate automatically after the gateway verifies successful live payment. Returning from the gateway alone does not confirm payment. Check the status in your account and contact the operator with the payment reference if activation fails. An internet connection and a current browser are required.
Trial and cancellation
New users have one free month to test the service before buying a subscription. No voluntary refund of the subscription or a proportional part is offered for non-use, a change of mind or early cancellation. You may choose not to renew; paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Request account closure by emailing the operator and export your documents first.
Complaints and refunds
Report defects, missing activation and incorrect or duplicate payments to the operator’s contact email. Include your account email, company, payment reference, date, amount, problem and requested remedy. Never send a full card number or security code. The operator acknowledges receipt and emails the outcome. Complaints are handled without undue delay within applicable statutory deadlines. Valid complaints are resolved by correction, activation or an appropriate refund. Eligible refunds use the original payment method unless another verified arrangement is agreed.
The trial and voluntary refund policy do not restrict remedies for defects, incorrect or duplicate payments or other mandatory rights. Consumers retain statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal; using the free trial alone does not remove them.
For direct transfers use the exact amount, currency, account and reference shown in your account. The recipient is the Invelo operator, not the payment gateway. Activation requires funds to arrive and manual verification by the operator; sending a transfer or a customer declaration does not activate the service.
