What we store in your browser

Cookies and local storage retain sign-in and preferences. Necessary items required for the service are used without consent and cannot be disabled with our switch. You can delete them in your browser; doing so may sign you out or remove preferences.

Necessary items

__Host-invelo_session — sign-in, up to 30 days; Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax.

__Host-invelo_company — selected company, up to 1 year; Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax.

invelo_language — selected language, up to 1 year.

invelo_analytics_consent_v1 — localStorage, remembers acceptance or rejection of analytics until the choice is changed or storage cleared. This is not consent to processing necessary for the account.

Optional analytics

If Google Analytics is enabled and you allow it, _ga and _ga_<identifier> may be stored. They distinguish visits and sessions. Google's default duration is 2 years; service settings and browser restrictions may shorten it. The provider in Europe is Google Ireland Limited; the involvement of other Google companies and data transfers are governed by its terms and the applicable safeguards.

Analytics does not load before consent. Invelo does not send invoice content or URL parameters; measurement is limited to selected public pages. Ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.

How to change your choice

Use Cookie settings on this page or the public website. Rejecting analytics does not prevent issuing documents. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and the integration attempts to remove its analytics cookies; this does not automatically erase data already transferred. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Payment and other services

After opening a payment gateway, its own cookie and privacy information applies. These items are not stored on our site merely by displaying the gateway selection.
